Small software, built properly.
Cuke is a one-person software outfit in the UK. It builds tools for work that is measured in hours — the kind where getting a number wrong costs somebody real money.
Everything here is written to be read: the rules are visible, the figures say where they came from, and nothing is guessed at and presented as fact.
What it has built
Muster
A UK timesheet app. It records the hours you actually worked, on your phone, applies your employer's own overtime rules, and fills in the timesheet they issued — time and a half, double time, Sundays, bank holidays, travel, mileage and nights away.
Built for one engineer whose overtime was worked out by hand every month against a spreadsheet with no rules written in it.
